Terms and Conditions

The service under the Finor brand is provided by GAMI Trans SE, company ID (IČO) 08025827, VAT ID CZ08025827, registered office Husovo náměstí 14, 253 01 Hostivice, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”).

These terms govern the consultation contract you conclude with us as a client through the website finor-consulting.com.

The contract covers one 60-minute online consultation at the time you choose when booking. After payment we will agree with you by e-mail or phone how we connect (for example a video call or a phone call).

The consultation is informative and advisory. You make any decision to buy, sell or otherwise deal with foreign currencies yourself and at your own responsibility. We cannot influence exchange rates or the outcome of your decisions.

We do not execute or arrange any currency exchange or other trades on your behalf and we do not accept money from you to carry them out. The only payment we accept from you is the price of the consultation.

The price of the consultation is €349. It is the final price. The price shown in the booking form at the time of booking applies; a later price change does not affect your booking.

You pay in advance online through the Stripe payment gateway, using a method the gateway offers (mainly a payment card). You enter your card details directly with Stripe; they never reach us.

You book by choosing a free time, filling in your details, accepting these terms and paying the price.

After you submit the form we hold the time for you for about 30 minutes so that you can complete the payment. If you do not complete the payment in that time, the time is released and no contract is concluded. The exception is a payment that takes longer to process (for example a bank transfer) and arrives later: if the time is still free at that moment, the contract is concluded when the payment arrives; if it is no longer free, we refund the payment in full automatically and no contract is concluded.

The contract is concluded and the booking becomes binding when the payment succeeds. We will send you a confirmation with a reference code by e-mail.

The contract is concluded in Czech or English, depending on the language in which you book. We keep the booking details and the version of the terms you accepted in electronic form.

You can cancel the consultation free of charge no later than 24 hours before it starts. Write to info@finor-consulting.com or call us and give your reference code. We will refund the price using the method you paid with.

If you cancel later than 24 hours before the start, or do not join the consultation without letting us know, the price is not refunded. In exceptional cases we may still refund it by agreement.

If we cancel the consultation, or if the same time was exceptionally sold twice, we will refund the full price. If you prefer, we will offer you another time instead.

These rules do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal described under “Right of withdrawal”.

If the consultation did not take place as agreed (for example it did not happen at the booked time for reasons on our side, or could not be completed because of problems on our side), you can file a complaint by e-mail to info@finor-consulting.com. Give your reference code and describe what happened.

We will handle the complaint without undue delay and within 30 days of receiving it at the latest, and let you know the result by e-mail. Depending on the problem we will offer a replacement consultation or a full or partial refund.

If you are a consumer, you can also resolve a dispute out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code).

We provide the consultation at the time you choose. When booking you therefore expressly request that the service may be provided within the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (§ 1837(a) of the Czech Civil Code).

If you withdraw before the consultation has been provided, we will refund the price within 14 days of your withdrawal using the method you paid with. If you withdraw after we have started providing the service at your request, you pay a proportionate part of the price for what has already been provided (§ 1834 of the Czech Civil Code).

You can notify us of your withdrawal using the form on our website (your booking reference and e-mail are enough) or by e-mail to info@finor-consulting.com. We will confirm receipt by e-mail.

The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the Czech courts. If you are a consumer living in another EU member state, this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of that state.

We may change these terms. Your booking is governed by the version you accepted when booking; we store its identifier with the booking.
