Withdrawal from contract

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the consultation contract within 14 days of concluding it, but no later than when the consultation has been fully provided. Enter the reference code from your confirmation e-mail and the e-mail address you used when booking.

Notice of withdrawal

You will find it in your confirmation e-mail, for example ABCD2345EFGH.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal to this address.
