Please send any questions or requests about your personal data to info@finor-consulting.com.
Which data we process
- Booking details: your name, e-mail, phone number and note if you provide them, the chosen time and language.
- Payment details: the amount, payment status and Stripe payment identifiers. We do not process your card details; you enter them directly with Stripe.
- Consent details: the version of the terms you accepted and the time of acceptance.
- Withdrawal requests: the reference code, e-mail and time of receipt.
- Communication: e-mails and other messages you exchange with us.
- Technical data: IP address and server request records used to protect against abuse (for example limiting the number of attempts) and to fix errors.
Why we process the data and on what legal basis
- Concluding and performing the contract: booking, payment, arranging and providing the consultation, handling cancellations, complaints or withdrawals (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Our legitimate interest in protecting the website and booking system against abuse, fixing technical errors and defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use the data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.
We need your name and e-mail to conclude the contract; without them the booking cannot be completed. Phone number and note are optional.
Who works with the data
We process the data ourselves. To run the service we use these providers:
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland): payment processing. Data you enter directly on the Stripe payment page is also covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.
- E-mail service provider: sending confirmations and e-mail communication.
- Hosting provider: running the server that hosts the website and database.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile service): protecting forms against automated bots. When a form is shown, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and your IP address.
Stripe and Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
We pass data to anyone else only when the law requires us to.
How long we keep the data
- Booking details, withdrawal requests and related communication: 3 years from your last booking, so that we can handle complaints and any legal claims.
- Accounting and tax documents: for the period required by accounting and tax law (up to 10 years for tax documents).
- Technical records: only as long as needed for security, usually no more than 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have data erased that we no longer need or process unlawfully,
- restrict processing,
- data portability for data you provided to us,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz).
Send your request to info@finor-consulting.com. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
